• Creatively problem solve situations that arise.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great phone etiquette, superb problem solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• MUST be available for an 8 hour shift 7am through 7PM
